Functions Tab / Edit Mode

edit-mode

To display the functions/tab buttons

  • Hover your mouse over the function tab, for example 'General Ledger'.
  • Click vertical-dots

Edit Mode

Allows you to Save reports, specify a global time series, zoom to a layer etc.

Displays the following icons:

settings-cog Settings

save Save

create task Create Task

default refresh Restore Default Screen

refresh Refresh

time series Time Series

zoom to layer Zoom To

manage widgets Manage Widgets

report editor Report Editor

Add to Favorites

Add the function tab as a favorite. Everytime you open Zobrio Budgeting and Reporting that function will automatically load.

add-favourite add as a favorite.

favourite is already a favorite.

Favorite Reports

  • Open a report from the Reports function.
  • Hover your mouse over the tab.
  • Click vertical-dots
  • Click add-favourite add to favorites.

Close Tab

Closes the relevant tab.

Tip

You can have multiple tabs open at one time.

To exit edit mode

If you do not wish to have these options visible.

  • Click settings found on the far right hand side.
